First IQOS Birthday in Macedonia

We shared one year together, so let’s celebrate!

On the 26th of May last year, IQOS arrived in Macedonia for the first time. Followed by its launch, a whole new product category arrived on the market, along with a better alternative and a better future, free of smoke, fire and ash.

The change called IQOS is based on the unique HeatControl technology with a precisely controlled temperature that ensures that the tobacco never burns. What happens, is that the tobacco heats up and reaches an optimal temperature of up to 350 °C, maintaining a consistent taste in the process.

In this first year, the lead characters of our story are the IQOS 3 DUO (available in Warm White, Brilliant Gold, Velvet Grey и Stellar Blue) and IQOS 2.4 Plus (available in White) devices.

Our devices are, of course, complemented with our line of IQOS accessories, which includes colorful caps and doors for your IQOS 3 DUO holder and charger, as well as caps for your IQOS 2.4 Plus device. Our product palette also includes protective sleeves and folios made from a variety of materials that ensure a complete protection for your IQOS device.

Our goal is to always be closer to you, and to help you select your first IQOS device. Because of this, our products are always available, 24/7, on iqos.com, where you can create the perfect combination of IQOS device and accessories that fits your style.

Our story began in Skopje, with the arrival of the IQOS zones in Skopje City Mall, Ramstore Mall and Capitol Mall, where our experts can answer all your IQOS-related questions.

In February this year, we also opened our Virtual IQOS Zone Virtual IQOS Zone, through which we offer a unique digital experience for all interested legal smokers, where they can have a live chat with our sales experts from the comfort of their home.

We listened to your needs, and as a result, today IQOS is available on our partner network (Gradsko Tobako Skopje, Pavel Tobako Kumanovo, Neptun Tetovo, Kafe Kafe Tetovo, Tobako Plus Prilep and Siti Point Shtip). Besides our partners, we have also opened a mobile IQOS Zone, which was active in Ohrid and Skopje at first, and is now active in Prilep.
