Responses to Our #GetToKnowYourCustomersDay Questions

On January 19th, we marked #GetToKnowYourCustomersDay, which aims to encourage companies to understand the needs and opinions of their customers.

On that occasion, through Stories on our Instagram profile - iqos_mk, we asked several questions, and we received important responses from our users that helped us learn a little more about IQOS rituals.

Let's take a closer look at the responses:

• • IQOS ORIGINALS DUO is definitely the most preferred choice with a total of 70% of responses, while lil SOLID 2.0 had 10% and 20% of users who responded use both devices.
• • 72% have been using our devices for more than a year, and the remaining 28% said they have been using them for less than a year.
• • When asked about device maintenance, 46% responded that they clean their device every other day, 42% once a week, and only 12% twice a month.
• • In terms of device software, 39% of you have upgraded it in the last year, and 61% have not yet upgraded it.
