IQOS Zones consist of our hardworking teams who are dedicated to users, so this August 2, the boys and girls from the IQOS team will be available with changed, reduced working hours 😊

Whether you need support, advice on proper cleaning, a brand-new summer accessory or upgrading the software of your device, our IQOS zones are here.

So, on 02.08 you can visit us at the following locations:

• • Skopje City Mall, Capitol Mall, Ramstore Mall and East Gate Mall – from 10:00 to 20:00
• • IQOS mobile zone Ohrid and IQOS caravan Struga – from 10:00 to 22:00

For the IQOS mobile zone Vero Taftalidze in Skopje and the Virtual Zone, this will be a non-working day.

Also, don't forget that our online store at mk.iqos.com is available 24/7 and you can order your new IQOS device or a personalized accessory at it anytime.
