Finalizing Dreadpen’s Traditional Embroidery

Traditional values, conveyed through the modern tools that artists use when creating art, take on a completely new form—one that leads us into a different dimension. A dimension where we honor the legacy of our ancestors while adapting it to modern trends.

In addition to awe-inspiring Macedonian poetry, renowned paintings, and timeless songs, there are the unique designs found on the beautiful traditional Macedonian costumes from different regions of our country. Dreadpen has been working on these for an extended period under the IQOS Curious X initiative.

He aimed to breathe new and modern life into them and redesigned two different embroidery patterns—one from Mariovo and another from Skopska Crna Gora—for which you could vote on our Curious X platform. The collaboration between IQOS Curious X and Dreadpen brought us the first ever joint transformation, one that will be truly unique in the field of design.

If you're excited about what Dreadpen has prepared and want to see it live, join us for an unforgettable experience at Kino Karposh on May 31, from 12 PM to 5 PM, at the event titled “Picnic in the Parkche.” Through IQOS interactive zones, you'll be able to see how the artist creates, become part of the creative process yourself, and hang out with him. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your own IQOS device or accessory.

Thank you for voting and contributing to the final redesign of the traditional Macedonian embroidery. The IQOS community has succeeded in creating something new. Thanks to you and everyone who voted, we’ve created something new that will be brought to life on May 31.

In our IQOS CLUB, users had the chance to scratch a winning card and receive the limited edition collection.
