We marked this September with the official opening of the first IQOS boutique in Macedonia, located on the ground floor of East Gate Mall.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as we welcomed our valued guests, partners and loyal customers. This event is the result of months of meticulous planning and hard work aimed at constantly improving the user experience in every interaction with our IQOS community. Therefore, the IQOS boutique reflects exactly that.

The official cutting of the red ribbon marked the beginning of a new chapter in the IQOS journey. The boutique is a harmonious blend of elegance and artistic expression and represents a true visual masterpiece. We owe the creative brilliance with a local flavor to the extraordinary collaboration with two top Macedonian artists, Sanja Simoska and Sali Ertunc, who decorated the space with their unique talents. The artists jointly created a mural inspired by the spirit of Skopje.

The grand opening was not only an event; but rather a celebration of yet another step forward in our enduring commitment to deliver exceptionality. It was amazing to see and experience the enthusiasm and curiosity of those celebrating with us.
