The Festival Excitement Erupted in Shtip

Last weekend, Shtip was the center of Macedonia as it hosted this year’s edition of the D Festival. IQOS is a regular participant at this festival, and this year you can say that our IQOS activities added an extra flair.

The festival was held at multiple locations throughout the city, and at the main event, on two stages, visitors had the chance to enjoy nonstop entertainment. Right next to the Curious X Main Stage—the main stage—was our IQOS VIP zone.

IQOS Present at Multiple Locations During the Festival

During the festival in Shtip, IQOS could be found in several different locations, and our activities continuously surprised users and visitors. Besides the main VIP zone located right next to the Curious X stage, where we had many different activities, we also had a significant presence and enjoyed ourselves at the Coffee Lab IQOS Space in Shtip’s City Mall.

Before the start of each of the three festival days, which began at 6 PM, the fun took place in Coffee Lab, where users faced an intriguing challenge trying to find the Curious X logo hidden somewhere inside the venue. Those who succeeded received brand-new IQOS ILUMA i devices as well as wristbands granting access to the IQOS VIP zone, where a large part of the IQOS community gathered, enjoyed themselves, and sang along to the hits performed by the bands on stage.

IQOS VIP Zone for the Ultimate D Festival Experience

All visitors to our IQOS VIP zone had the chance to party with nearly direct access to the stage. Given that the IQOS VIP zone offered the best view of the Curious X stage, our users could enjoy the performers up close.

Additionally, our brand ambassadors generously shared all the information about the new IQOS ILUMA i, as well as other products from the entire IQOS portfolio, and introduced interested visitors to two particularly engaging activities – the Photo Booth and the DJ Booth, where users could create music themselves on an adapted “sampler,” listen to the compositions active in the Curious X campaign, and vote for their favorite. Voting is still ongoing, so if you haven’t voted yet, do it as soon as possible.

A Lineup of Performers with Great Shows

Although the 15th edition of the D Festival featured many celebrated and phenomenal performers, the title of best performance—just like many times before at the D Festival—can be freely awarded to Kiril Dzajkovski with his impressive band, who once again delivered an unforgettable show.

To make the experience complete, IQOS prepared a surprise during his performance, launching many turquoise balloon balls into the crowd for an even more intensified atmosphere. The balloons bounced around the audience while the rhythm of the music got everyone dancing and having fun.

Our overall impression is that the D Festival audience, which came in huge numbers this year, got the event it deserved thanks to excellent organization, phenomenal performers, and the activities arranged by IQOS.
