A part of the IQOS Virtual Zone team from the very beginning is Veronica, who’s everyday tasks includes answering numerous questions related to IQOS devices and offering a better digital user experience for our users.

Because of that and her expertise on this topic, we decided to spend one day at work with Veronica.

How does Veronica start her workday in the IQOS Virtual Zone?

• The working day in the Virtual Zone always starts with a positive mood and a smile. And then I start answering the calls of the users with whom I often share a live presentation about the use of the devices, the accessories for the devices and all the additional important information for easier adaptation to their new ritual of using IQOS.

How does it feel to be part of the team of experts in the IQOS Virtual Zone?

• It is always an honor and pleasure to be part of the IQOS team, and especially part of the team in the Virtual Zone. Our team at IQOS Virtual Zone consists of 3 experts who work as one. I am grateful to be part of a team that respects each other and is constantly upgrading.

What types of user questions are the most interesting to you? Can you single out the best of them? ????

• It often happens that users forget their IQOS device somewhere, and then ask us - Do the devices have GPS signal installed so we can locate them?, Or quite often new users are confused by the look of our tobacco cartridges so we get questions from "How is it possible for a tobacco cartridge so small in size to satisfy my nicotine needs need better than an ordinary cigarette that is much bigger in size?".

What would you recommend to users of IQOS devices and what to those who are still indecisive about making the first step?

• To the existing users of IQOS devices I’ll recommend them to follow us always and from everywhere, because at any time we have something new and interesting to offer. To our future users, who have not yet decided to start using IQOS, I recommend visiting our Virtual Zone as soon as possible where they will find the answers on all their questions.

We know that the title of this interview is related to the 8 hours spent as an IQOS expert, but in the end, what does Veronica do in her free time when she does not answer the questions of IQOS users?

• To be honest, my free time means too much for me and I always try to use it as much as I can. I want to discover new things, I love nature, so whenever I can I look for an adventurous place in our country. At the same time, the time spent with family and friends is very important to me, so I do not miss every opportunity in my free time where I can combine adventures and time spent with the loved ones.
