First Steps With
IQOS ILUMA

1. Before use, fully charge your device using the power adapter and charging cable (approximately 135 minutes). Press the button on the IQOS ILUMA pocket charger to determine the battery status. If the battery status is low, then charge the pocket charger using the power adapter approved by the manufacturer.

2. The device is turned on/off by pressing the button on the top of the pocket charger for four seconds. Then, check the status lights on your IQOS ILUMA holder to check the remaining uses. Two status lights mean the holder is fully charged (ready for two consecutive uses). One status light means there is one use left. No status lights means that the holder needs to be charged in the pocket charger.

3. Gently insert the specially designed stick as shown in the video. Autostart is activated immediately after input. If the automatic start is disabled, you can press the button on the holder for a new use. A vibration and slowly pulsating lights means the heating process is starting. Two vibrations and the light/s on means that the device is ready for use.

4. When you feel two more vibrations, your time to use the IQOS device is not over yet (30 seconds or 2 swipes left). Simply remove the specially designed stick and don't forget to use a new one for the next experience. Remember, one light means there is only one experience left, so you will need to charge the holder in the pocket charger after the second experience.

5. When the holder is in the pocket charger, two circular lights show the holder status. When the lights pulse white, it means the holder is charged. One or two LED lights on the pocket charger show how many uses are left.

1. Press the button on the IQOS ILUMA pocket charger to check the battery status. If the light in the form of a line blinks yellow 3 times and only in the lower part, it means that the battery is almost empty. Charge the pocket charger using the manufacturer's approved power adapter and charging cable that came with your device. Note that it takes up to 20 minutes for the light to reappear if the battery is completely empty. When the line-shaped status light is fully lit, your device is fully charged and can be used for 20 uses.

2. Check the charge level of the holder. Two circular lights that light up mean your holder is fully charged and ready for two consecutive uses. One light means one use left. If one light blinks 3 times in yellow, you need to charge the holder.

3. Remove the specially designed stick from the holder and place it in the pocket charger. Two circular lights on the pocket charger indicate that the holder is charging and whether you still have a use or two left.

Automatic start

Your IQOS ILUMA PRIME holder will automatically start heating when the specially designed stick is inserted. This functionality is automatically available and can be turned off via the IQOS app.

Removing the holder

By removing the holder when not in use, a light or two will show you how many uses are left.

Tap twice

Simply tap the holder twice during use and the holder will vibrate to show how much is left in the experience:

• • 3 vibrations: 75-50%
• • 2 vibrations: 50-25%
• • 1 vibration: less than 25%
