Is your pocket charger charging slowly?
1. Use the IQOS power adapter and power cable of the IQOS ILUMA PRIME pocket charger. It takes 2 hours and 15 minutes to fully charge.

Is your holder charging slowly?
1. Try to clean the connectors of the holder and the pocket charger.

Are the holder lights blinking white?
1. Three blinking white lights: Indicates the holder is out of operating temperature range. The device can only work at temperatures above 0°C and below 400°C.

Is the IQOS ILUMA pocket charger or holder blinking red or not working?
Place the holder in the pocket charger and reset it by pressing the button on the charger for 10 seconds. Hold the button until all the lights go out. All lights will blink white briefly to confirm the reset.
Is the specially designed stick unable to fit into the device or is the quality of the aerosol poor?

IQOS ILUMA™ devices are used exclusively with specially designed sticks. Do not use IQOS ILUMA™ devices with sticks intended for previous IQOS generations.
