Why do the lights on the device gradually turn off during use?
The gradual turning off of the status lights show how much is left until the end of consumption. IQOS ILUMA ONE will vibrate once and a status light will start blinking white to mark the last 30 seconds or the last 2 puffs. After use, close the top by sliding the lid.
All lights blink white twice
Your IQOS ILUMA ONE is out of the operating temperature range (0 °C ~ 40 °C). If it's too cold, try warming it up with your hands and try again.
The bottom light blinks yellow
Tap the button on your IQOS ILUMA ONE device to check the battery status. If the lower part of the status lights in the form of a line blinks yellow, it means that the battery is empty. Charge IQOS ILUMA ONE with the power adapter that comes with your device. It takes 75 minutes to fully charge the device. When the device is fully charged, all lights will blink white and then turn off.
The lower light blinks red
Maybe there is a small error, try to reset your IQOS ILUMA ONE. If the red light still appears, contact our customer care center.
Reset
Press the button for 7 seconds and then release it. The status lights will turn off, blink twice, and turn back on to confirm the reset.
Is the specially designed stick unable to fit into the device or is the quality of the aerosol poor?
Make sure the stick is not already used. Also check that only one specially designed stick cannot be inserted
into the device. Isolated cases of non-matching of heated sticks occur very rarely and are almost
never caused by device failure.
IQOS ILUMA™ devices are used exclusively with specially designed sticks. Do not use IQOS ILUMA™ devices with sticks intended for previous IQOS generations.
