Arslan Hajredin, a Direct Sales Manager for the IQOS product portfolio, announces the arrival of the new IQOS Zone, introduces us to the preparations, and shares details about what means to be part of the IQOS team.
1. The innovative IQOS device is available on our market for more than a year. What does IQOS represent for you?
As a Direct Sales Manager who is responsible for the commercial program channels, sales management, infrastructure, operations and services management, who is focused on implementing all programs in order to obtain the best customer experience, and who has multi-year experience in the Philip Morris team, I think that the transformation caused by the IQOS devices have brought a huge change, both on the market, and the company.
We are leaders on one, in the least, unexpected, but a really positive transformation that changes history and brings excellent opportunities for change. There are now possibilities that enable the choice of an alternative with a modified risk, compared to the continued act of smoking. We are talking about a change that constantly has the consumer in its focus, in order to secure a comprehensive and premium experience.
Passing on and implementing the IQOS vision is a huge challenge, but when I look back, all that we have surpassed in order to get here, motivates me even more to get even further and be even better.
2. The new IQOS Zone in the largest trade center in the country is almost here, so can you tell us more about the preparations, as well as the official opening date?
The preparations for our latest IQOS Zone are in the final phase meaning that it will be fully prepared and placed soon, while the opening date will be on the 29th of October, along with the solemn opening of Skopje East Gate Mall.
Considering that we are talking about a really large shopping center, the preparation implies coordinating on multiple levels, with various teams and responsible people.
This will be the fifth IQOS Zone, including our IQOS Mobile Zone that was placed on several locations throughout the country. We are present in all major trade centers in the capital, as well as 8 other cities in the country via our IQOS partner network. Of course, our IQOS Virtual Zone is here, in which our experienced IQOS experts that offer online support and are here to answer all questions that are related to our devices and product portfolio.
3. What does the new IQOS Zone offer, and according to you, what is the main advantage of having a direct communication with consumers on the IQOS Zones themselves
The new IQOS Zone will be an another great opportunity to interact with our consumers, where all existing users can get an answer to all questions, be better acquainted with the IQOS world, get their devices cleaned free-of-charge, as well as personalize their devices. All interested adult smokers that are potential users can get an up-close view of our devices and get introduced to the IQOS world with our help.
Every IQOS experience is individual and personal, just like every user is. The Zones offer an opportunity to introduce the products directly to the users and to see what their needs are, which gives us the basis for constant improvement. The IQOS brand always puts the user in the center and continually offers a personalized support via various channels that match our users’ preferences.
4. Finally, what would you recommend to all users, as well as all those who haven’t decided yet to make a change and choose a better alternative?
