For some it’s very well-known and useful, for some new and exciting, we created the Virtual Zone in February 2021, and we can proudly say that we have created a better and completely unique digital user experience for all IQOS users, here.

And now, let's recall what the IQOS Virtual Zone actually is:

It is an IQOS zone accessible to its users, has an answer to all questions related to the IQOS world, and a place where the digital user experience is at an advanced virtual level.

With just one click on iqos-zone.mk or on the button in the bottom right corner of our website iqos.com you can start a conversation with one of our IQOS experts. These are Matea, Nikola, or Ana. The experts from the Virtual Zone can facilitate the ordering process, or rather make it on your behalf, give you answers to your IQOS questions, and present the devices live.

Depending on the type of question you ask, the answer can be forwarded to you via text communication – messaging, file sharing, and of course, live screen sharing and navigation. Of course, for a virtual conversation with a normal flow and without technical issues, you need to have a good internet connection and free time to talk with our experts. Let's not forget the pre-prepared IQOS questions as well. 😊

We replicate the user experience you get at the zones through our Virtual Zone, from the comfort of your home or anywhere else you are at that moment.

From Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 22:00, our experts from the IQOS Virtual Zone are available to answer all your questions, and if there is no expert available at the moment or you ask the question outside of working hours, in order to always be there for you, we have also created the option to schedule a conversation. If at the moment you want to make a call, and all the experts are busy, you have the option to schedule a conversation at that time of the working day, when it suits you. In addition, if you contact the experts outside the working hours of the Virtual Zone, once again you have the option to schedule a conversation, by choosing a day and time that suits you, in the chat window.
