Below, is a short conversation with Tijana and Simona who took a morning break to describe how their work day goes and reveal the most important tips that all IQOS users should know, for the best IQOS experience.


1. How does a day start at the center for customer support?

Tijana: Our working day starts quite intensely. Immediately after arriving at work, our first task is to respond to all emails and messages from our users. Then, we coordinate and arrange the scope of tasks with the other girls on the team, in order to respond in a timely manner to each user request.

2. In which part of the day do you have the most calls?

Tijana: The most intense day in terms of calls and work responsibilities is Monday, throughout the day. However, on other working days, there are usually more calls in the afternoon, when people return from work and have more free time.


3. What advice would you give to IQOS and LIL users and single it out as one of the "most important"?

Simona: I will immediately mention that device maintenance is crucial because with this habit users take proper care of their device and at the same time they get a true experience when they use the device. By regular cleaning we mean cleaning after 20 uses.

4. Lastly, what advice would you give specifically to IQOS 3 DUO users?

Simona: One of the most important tips we give to users of the IQOS 3 DUO device is to use the original tools, the IQOS Cleaning Tool and the IQOS Cleaning Sticks, as well as the original IQOS Adaptor and the IQOS 3 DUO USB Cable.
