In order to get a bit better acquainted with the ones that navigate you through the virtual IQOS world, we spoke with the team, i.e., the experts from the IQOS Virtual Zone. We asked Ana, Nikola and Matea to answer these questions honestly:
Ana: On average, we need about 10 minutes for one order. The process starts with creating your own user profile, and then choosing a favorite color of the device, which the user will decide on.
Ana: Honestly, it’s always different. Most of the time, the prevailing thought is how successful this workday would be, or how many people will I reach so that they switch from conventional cigarettes to our better alternative.
Nikola: The very concept of the Virtual Zone is to provide almost all the services that users can get at our physical zones. During the call made to the Virtual Zone, we have the opportunity to present the devices live, clarify their features and how to use, charge, clean and everything that means using the devices. This service, together with the online ordering through our Virtual Zone, are one of the most popular, but I think that users are most satisfied when we inform them about an ongoing promotion, and they usually thank us for informing them about it.
Nikola: It feels great! I think that the most important thing is how much you love your job and how dedicated you are, while gender does not play a very big role here. It is an ideal working environment, and I am really pleased that we have great cooperation with the colleagues. 😊
Matea: Helping users with the process of using our devices, as well as the process of getting them used to them, would definitely stand out as my favorite part of my job. Being a part of someone's positive change, which is a long-term process and a completely new part of their everyday life, gives me happiness and satisfaction.
